At Vista Del Mar condominium towers in Myrtle beach, Best Engineering designed a new fresh air system. We replaced the old, oversized and non-functioning make up air systems with 4 new systems : 2 roof top and 2 split systems. These systems provide each dwelling with fresh, tempered and dehumidified air. This has resolved the indoor air quality issues of poor humidity control, outdoor air infiltration, and the buildup of odors. Overall occupant satisfaction has been greatly increased.
Plantation Resort: BEST Engineering provided MEP services for this new welcome center and check in facility in Surfside Beach, SC. The building features a backup generator and sophisticated lighting system and controls.
Armstrong Dental: BEST Engineering provided MEP services for this re-purpose of a closed bank building into a dental clinic in Conway, SC. Our design controlled costs by reusing as much of the existing infrastructure as possible.
